At Set In Stone Fine Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully, as jewelry items require special handling.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7–14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, certificates, and documentation are included
- The item shows no signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or made-to-order jewelry
- Engraved or personalized items
- Resized or altered jewelry
- Special orders
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support @setinstonejewelry.ca within the return window. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping
- Set In Stone Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to availability. Price differences may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders refused or returned due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees.
