Thank you for shopping with Set In Stone Fine Jewelry. We take pride in carefully preparing and shipping each piece to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Please review our shipping policy below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Custom, made-to-order, or resized jewelry may require additional processing time. If your order requires extra time, you will be notified via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on order value, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Insurance & Signature Requirements
High-value jewelry shipments may be insured and may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If a signature is required, please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for high-value items.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in shipping charges and are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Set In Stone Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first. We will assist where possible.
Claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
